Cara Sperbeck awarded York College of Pennsylvania American Constitutional Freedom Scholarship

Cara Sperbeck of Gaithersburg, a first-year computer engineering major at York College of Pennsylvania, has been awarded an American Constitutional Freedom Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship awarded to eligible applicants who demonstrate their understanding of the rights and liberties delineated in the U.S. Constitution and how these principles relate to the concept of free enterprise.
