Jeffrey Walker awarded York College of Pennsylvania American Constitutional Freedom Scholarship

Jeffrey Walker of Bristow, a first-year mechanical engineering major at York College of Pennsylvania, has been awarded an American Constitutional Freedom Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship awarded to eligible applicants who demonstrate their understanding of the rights and liberties delineated in the U.S. Constitution and how these principles relate to the concept of free enterprise.
