Julie Meier Earns Award at York College of PA Student Recognition Ceremony

Julie Meier of Mechanicsburg, a senior Nursing major at York College of Pennsylvania, recently earned an award during the College's annual Student Recognition Ceremony. Meier earned the Anna M. Sanderson Award, given to the senior student who had the highest clinical proficiency in long-term care nursing during the junior year.

Located in southcentral Pennsylvania, York College offers more than 50 baccalaureate majors in professional programs, the sciences and humanities to its 4,600 undergraduate students. The College also offers master's programs in business, education and nursing.
