Megan Hardy Earns Academic Achievement Scholarship at York College

Megan Hardy of Gettysburg, PA, earned a York Regional Grant from York College of Pennsylvania. Hardy is a first-year Elementary Education major and a graduate of Biglerville High School.

The York Regional Grant is a $2,000 scholarship to be divided over the student's first four semesters at York College (excluding summers), and is available to all qualified York County residents. Certain eligibility requirements must be met to receive the award, and the recipient must maintain a 2.0 grade point average in order to continue eligibility.

Located in southcentral Pennsylvania, York College offers more than 50 baccalaureate majors in professional programs, the sciences and humanities to its 4,600 undergraduate students. The College also offers master's programs in business, education and nursing.
