Megan Shingleton Graduates from York College of Pennsylvania on Dec. 17

Megan Shingleton of Gilbertsville, PA, graduated Cum Laude from York College of Pennsylvania on Dec. 17. Shingleton earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
