Raquel Hood Graduates from York College of Pennsylvania on Dec. 22

Raquel Hood of Glenville, PA, graduated Cum Laude from York College of Pennsylvania on Dec. 22. Hood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Elementary-Special Education.
